Things to know about Insurance
- You may need a referral to be seen by a specialist which needs to be obtained before doctor’s visit.
- You may have a deductible on your plan.
- If you are getting a study such as an MRI these have to be approved by the insurance company before it can be done and may not be approved. This may take a few days.
- You may be “capped” to where you get tests done or where they allow you go for other treatments such as physical therapy.
